Andrés Jana is a founding partner of BMAJ and leader of the International and National Arbitration, Civil and Commercial Litigation, and Public International Law practice areas of the firm.
Andrés has vast experience as counsel, arbitrator and expert in domestic and international disputes involving commercial, investment and international public law issues, before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), under international arbitration rules such as UNCITRAL, ICC, LCIA, AAA and SCC, among others.
He has also acted in local courts of different jurisdictions, such as Chile, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, United States and Argentina. He has represented national and foreign clients in areas such as energy, mining, construction and infrastructure.
