Alexandre Senegacnik (Francia)

Alexandre Senegacnik, French and German citizen obtained his Ph.D. at Sciences Po Law School (Summa Cum Laude). After earning a dual degree in French and German Law (Maîtrise/LL.M) from the Sorbonne Law School (University of Paris 1) and the University of Cologne, he completed a Master’s degree in Private International Law and International Business Law at the Sorbonne Law School (Top of Class). He also completed a Master’s degree in International Economic Governance jointly organized by the Sorbonne Law School, Sciences Po Law School and Columbia Law School (Top of Class). Alexandre Senegacnik pursued his research as a visiting scholar at Columbia Law School in New York (US) the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg (Germany) Kyoto University (Japan) the National University of Singapore (Singapore) as well as the Max Planck Institute for International European and Regulatory Procedural Law (Luxembourg).

Alexandre Senegacnik is currently affiliated researcher at Sciences Po Law School and Academic Coordinator of the LL.M. in Transnational Arbitration & Dispute Settlement. He participates as an observer for ASADIP in the sessions of the Working Group III of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) on reform of Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS). In addition, he is Deputy Secretary-General of the International Academy of Comparative Law.
