I act as counsel and sit as arbitrator in a wide variety of arbitration matters. My experience covers a range of commercial disputes, including those concerning agency agreements, construction and engineering projects, distribution agreements, mergers and acquisitions, sales of goods and shareholder agreements. I also act in commercial mediations both as counsel and mediator, as well as in court litigation in Brazil involving disputes over the enforcement of arbitral awards and arbitration agreements. I regularly publish in the field of international commercial arbitration and speak at international arbitration conferences in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
