Lucía Cazal Zaldivar has a law degree from the Universidad Nacional de Asunción and an LLM in International Business Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science. She currently practices law in Altra Legal, with experience in corporate law and international commercial and investment arbitration. She advises and represent clients in commercial arbitration and corporate disputes. Lucía actively participated in the revision of ICC international arbitral awards and has experience in investment arbitration disputes before ICSID. She was a member of arbitration moot teams that participated in competitions in Paris, Budapest and Vienna, where she received an honourable mention. She is currently a coach of the Universidad Nacional de Asuncion’s arbitration moot teams. Lucía is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
