Isabel Fernández de la Cuesta advises clients in complex international commercial arbitrations and in investment treaty disputes with host governments. A counsel in the International Arbitration Group , she has more than 14 years of experience representing clients in international arbitrations conducted in English and Spanish, and under the rules of the World Bank’s International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the American Arbitration Association and its  International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA/ICDR), the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), and the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), as well as ad hoc cases under the Arbitration Rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL)
