Shannon Lazzarini concentrates her practice on international litigation and arbitration in
the English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese languages. She represents clients in a variety
of disputes involving cross-border and international law issues, including in U.S. litigation
and arbitration before international bodies such as the International Chamber of Commerce
(ICC), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and tribunals
constituted under the Arbitration Rules of the United Nations Commission of International
Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

Ms. Lazzarini’s international litigation and arbitration experience includes disputes in the
areas of finance, energy, construction, telecommunications, technology and sports. She has
advised on matters involving contracts, partnerships and corporate law. In the domestic
arena, she has experience in class and derivative actions, as well as complex, multijurisdic-
tional commercial disputes. In addition, Ms. Lazzarini advises U.S. and international clients
on record-keeping, document preservation and e-discovery obligations in U.S. litigation, as
well as disclosure processes in international arbitration. She provides advice to international
clients along both business and legal lines on these matters, as well as on other aspects of
U.S. litigation, and their interplay with obligations under local law and regulations, with a
particular focus on European privacy and bank secrecy regim
